Personal God who Gives in Abundance PDF Print E-mail

This God is to be a personal God. He wants to have a relationship with each and every one of us. This is possible because he is a person. And like every person we can have a relationship with him. He responds to us as we respond to him. He is able to love because he is love.

Paul then talks of the glory of Gods grace. Notice also Paul describes this grace of being called to give glory to God as a free gift. Why would he describe a gift as free? Do we pay for our gifts? This privilege of being loved by God and being able to love him was given by the Father with no strings attached. He gives it out of his own free will.

Again, notice how Paul describes this grace a gift to us in the Beloved Jesus. This gift in Jesus gained us freedom from sin it allowed us to be adopted children of God. In describing this, Paul used the words richness, showered in all wisdom and insight.

When the Father gives us something he holds nothing back. He gives us the best in fact, he gives us everything! God gives in abundance because he is a super-abundant God.
